COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING IN-SITU SILICONE CONDESATION CROSS-LINKING

<p>Compositions and methods for the in situ formation of cross-linked organosiloxane films are disclosed. The disclosed films are long-lasting, flexible, transfer-resistant, water-resistant and oil-resistant. The film-forming compositions generally comprise alkoxy-terminated organosiloxane polymers and a catalyst and are useful for formulating cosmetics and personal care products.</p>
