<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable communication by performing waveform equalization responsive to even a transmission path having rapidly changing status of factors of waveform deterioration, and suppressing deterioration of transmission quality. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a plurality of waveform equalizing circuits having different waveform equalization conditions; a distributing circuit for distributing received signals to the waveform equalizing circuits; a selecting circuit for selecting any one from output data signals from the waveform equalizing circuits; an identifying circuit for identifying and reproducing the data signal selected by the selecting circuit, and outputting the reproduced signal; and a control circuit for controlling the selecting circuit, so that it selects the signal having smallest signal deterioration among the output data signals from the waveform equalizing circuits. Alternatively, the system is provided with a plurality of identifying circuits for identifying and reproducing the output signals of the waveform equalizing circuits, and outputting the reproduced signals to the selecting circuit, instead of the identifying circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
