PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system of an activity degree of an operation by a team composed of a plurality of members for determining a brain activity degree of each member of the team; and to provide an activation system of an operation atmosphere using the system.

SOLUTION: The evaluation system includes determining devices 3a-3h of brain activity degree situations based on spoken speeches arranged at each of members A-H of the team; and an evaluation device 4 of the activity degrees of the operations by the team to be connected to the determining devices 3a-3h.
