An implement for forming a length controllable drain loop for a urine collection system is provided to reduce or minimize back pressure which is generated in the draining tube. An implement for forming a length controllable drain loop comprises: a base(102); two arms(104,106) extended in a mirror image from the base and faced each other in longitudinal direction, which form inner gripping surface(108); and a faster hoop(110) extended also from the base. The gripping surface(108) forms two indented parts(A,B) for receiving different sections of the draining tube.
