[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound which can be used for the treatment of a disease associated with a fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH), particularly pollakiuria/incontinence of urine, overactive bladder and/or pain. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] It is found that a novel pyridyl non-aromatic nitrogenated heterocyclic-1-carboxylate ester derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have a potent FAAH inhibitory activity. The derivative is superior in increasing the effective bladder capacity and in improving pollakiuria and has an anti-allodynic effect. Therefore, this compound can be used for the treatment of pollakiuria/incontinence of urine, overactive bladder and/or pain.
