<p>The device has an extension (1) fastened at a vehicle e.g. tractor. A rotary cutter (6) is fastened to the extension and has a shaft perpendicular in a usage position. Cutting disks are attached to the shaft. A pressing device is attached to the extension and co-operates with the cutter. The pressing device is formed as movable plate (7). The plate has an engagement edge that is projected at teeth, which are formed to be engaged in an intermediate space between the disks. The extension has a support bar (3) at which a pivot arm (4) is attached, where the arm supports the cutter.</p>
