A rainwater undercurrent tank and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an efflorescence phenomenon of cement, and to delay the corrosion of the undercurrent tank by using anion displacement capacity of clay ore. A rainwater undercurrent tank(1) comprises unit bodies in which pillars(13) are installed between top and bottom plates, and through holes(14) are formed at four sides. Wall materials(20) are covered on the through holes of the unit bodies to seal the inside of the undercurrent tank. The rainwater from which impurities are removed through a filter(30) is supplied to a grit chamber(40) to remove sand and scum. The grit chamber is connected to the undercurrent tank with a supply pipe(41) to guide the rainwater in the undercurrent tank. An agitating blade(52) is coupled with a rotary shaft(51) of a motor(50). A pump(60) is mounted to the undercurrent tank to discharge the stored water.
