A vending machine management system using a Zigbee is provided to collect and monitor errors or robbery of a plurality of vending machines through low power wireless communication by receiving state information outputted from a Zigbee communication module of the vending machine. A vending machine management system using a Zigbee includes a plurality of vending machines(100), a management server(300) and a manager server(400). The plurality of vending machines(100) communicate with each other according to a Zigbee communication regulation with identifier information, detect and transmit the state of the vending machines(100) to the management server(300) by predetermined periods. The plurality of vending machines(100) transmit the state information to the management server(300) directly or through inter-communication. The plurality of vending machines(100) transmit a manager call signal to the management server(300) directly or through inter-communication in real time. The plurality of vending machines(100) inform the manager call state to a user. The management server(300) receives or collects the state information transmitted from the vending machines(100), and provides the received state information. The management server(300) receives the manager call signal from the vending machines(100) and transmits the received manager call signal to the manager terminal(400). The manager terminal(400) communicates with the vending machines(100) and the management server(300) according to the Zigbee communication regulation, and receives the manager call signal transmitted from the management server(300) to inform the signal to a manager. |
