An oxygen generating mask is provided to let a user breath with the air generated during breathing, without using the external air by using oxygen generating materials reacting moist or carbon dioxide generated during breathing, to generate oxygen. An oxygen generating mask is composed of: a hempen hood(10) coming into contact with the face and head of a user and having a window(11) formed on the front side and a breathing port(12) put into the mouth; a connecting tool(20) of which one end is combined with the breathing port, having a combining part formed on the other end; and a breath control tool(30) of which the upper end is joined to the combining part of the connecting tool, having oxygen generating materials filled inside to generate oxygen by coming into contact with the air exhausted through outbreathing of the user and mixing the generated oxygen with the air, and providing the air for inhalation of the user.
