PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate pellets production apparatus of briquetting roll system, low in making cost and easy in maintenance, and enabling gas hydrate pellets to be produced in a high-pressure atmosphere. SOLUTION: The gas hydrate pellets production apparatus has the following construction and mechanism: a compression molding machine composed of a pair of rolls 7, a hopper 8, a screw feeder 9, bearings 10 of a rotating shaft 12, and a transmission gear 11 is integratedly housed in a pressure vessel 1, and gas hydrate is fed from the outside of the pressure vessel 1 via a screw conveyor 6 into the hopper 8.
