PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner and a toner binder for electrophotography having a wide fixable temperature range and excellent fluidity. SOLUTION: The toner binder for electrophotography comprises a hybrid resin (A) prepared by polymerization of vinyl monomers (b) in the presence of a polyester resin (a), wax (B) and a wax dispersant (C). The wax dispersant (C) preferably comprises a modified product by modifying the wax (B) with vinyl monomers having an average ester and carboxyl group concentration of 3 to 30 wt.%.
