PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant curable film exhibiting high-degree flatness and fluidity, a flame-retardant curable composite material, a flame-retardant curable laminate, a metal foil with a flame-retardant curable resin, and cured products thereof. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant curable resin composition comprises (A) a solvent-soluble polyfunctional vinyl-aromatic copolymer having structural units derived from monomers comprising a divinyl aromatic compound and a monovinyl aromatic compound, (B) a phosphorus-nitrogen-based flame retardant, and (C) an inorganic filler having 0.001-6μm average particle diameter, regulated so that the compounded percentages of the components (A), (B) and (C) are 4-99.8 wt.%, 0.1-95.9 wt.% and 0.1-95.9 wt.% respectively.
