A cooling fan having variable blades is provided to install blades constituted in the cooling fan by adjusting lengths and angles of the blades depending on efficiency of the blades to increase wind power. A cooling fan having variable blades includes a blade wheel(100), a blade group(200). The blade group is installed at the blade wheel in a radial direction. At least two kinds of blades(210) having different blade areas are angle-adjustably installed at the blade wheel to form blade groups. The blade wheel includes a drive disk, a plurality of coupling sockets, and at least two first pinholes. The blades groups are installed at the drive disk in a radial direction. A plurality of coupling sockets are formed at the drive disk. The at least two first pinholes are punched at an outer periphery of the coupling socket at predetermined intervals.
