A method and a device for testing the interference performance in mobile communication system are disclosed, as well as a method for evaluating the interference performance of the mobile communication system and a system planning method. The testing method includes: obtaining the present system throughput and/or throughput for the CDF UE throughput with a predetermined probability throughput with and without the presence of other systems' interference, respectively, obtaining the loss of the present system cell throughput and/or the relative loss of the throughput for the CDF UE throughput with the predetermined probability throughput, so as to evaluating the inter-system interference performance of the cell. In accordance with the system performance requirement, a device for testing the interference performance, a method for evaluating the interference performance of the mobile communication system and a system planning method are also disclosed. With the invention, the design parameter of the system device and the solution for configuring the system could be proposed, so as to implement a reasonable design, planning and adjustment according to the system performance.
