<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of high security data management by preventing data leakage while reducing the processing load of the information processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus, which manages data files stored in a predetermined storage means, comprises a retention period setting means for setting a retention period for the data files, an access monitoring means for checking whether or not the retention period set for the data files are valid when the data files are accessed, and a data file deletion means for deleting data files found past the retention period by the access monitoring means from the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
