<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a satisfactory braking force while facilitating control of a vehicle even if a yaw moment is caused by sudden braking in a split road surface. <P>SOLUTION: A braking force adjustment device 10B and a steering adjustment device 10A are controlled by a control part 20. The control part 20 executes anti-lock brake control for operating the braking force adjustment device to suppress locking of wheels in braking. The control part 20 further steers a high μ road-side front wheel in a toe-in direction, when yaw moment is generated according to braking during traveling on the split road surface, to cancel the yaw moment, and keeps the steering direction of a low μ road-side front wheel, or steers the wheel longitudinal direction to the ground speed direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
