<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an updated IC cash card cannot reliably be sent to a customer who has changed his or her address but not submitted notice. <P>SOLUTION: An ATM connected to: a customer information management system having an IC cash card DB which registers a customer information, such as a name of the customer, its pronunciation, address, zip code, account number, date of birth, and telephone number; and an IC cash issue management system having an IC card DB which registers information, such as new issue date of the IC cash card, updated date, term of validity, and completion/non-completion of updating procedure is used. When a remaining period before the term of validity of the IC cash card is equal to a prescribed value or shorter and the target customer uses the ATM, the address and the like registered to the customer information DB are displayed to request checking. When approved, it is registered to the customer information DB that the approve has been made, and when the address and the like have been changed, the customer information DB is changed and it is registered that they have been approved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
