A method for concentrating and destructing cells or viruses is provided to use the same bead for both isolation of a target cell and lysis of the cell, thereby not requiring further addition of the bead to a laser lysis step and easily integrating isolation, concentration, purification and nucleic acid extraction. A method for concentrating and destructing cells or viruses comprises the steps of: (a) injecting a solution including cells or viruses into a bead to concentrate the cells or viruses; and (b) applying laser to the bead to destruct the cells or viruses, wherein the surface of the bead is treated with an antibody or a metal oxide having affinity to the target cells or viruses. After the step (b), a step of subjecting nucleic acids isolated from the step (b) to PCR is further added. To the step of concentrating the cells or viruses, a step of vibrating the bead is added.
