<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively operate gain control for a reception signal. <P>SOLUTION: This gain control receiver includes a first gain control means for operating gain control to an analog format reception signal including reception data according to first gain control data, a second gain control means for operating gain control to digital format reception data to be acquired by demodulating the gain controlled reception signal according to second gain control data, a strength data generation means for generating strength data showing the strength of the reception data, a first gain calculation means for generating the first gain control data from the generated strength data, and a second gain calculation means for generating the second gain control data from the generated strength data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
