PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of improving linearity of the flow rate at the time of low duty and accurately controlling the flow rate without changing the structure of an existing solenoid valve. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve comprises a valve element 5 for opening and closing a fluid passage 13, a stator core 3 magnetized by energization, a moving core 4 movably provided integrally with the valve element 5, and an urging means 8 for urging a coil 7 for generating magnetic force sucking the moving core 4 to the stator core 3 by energization and the valve element 5 constantly in the valve closing direction. The urging means 8 is formed of a coil spring 81 covered by a polymer 82 such as rubber or a resin. Thereby, bounds of the valve element 5 in closing of the valve is suppressed by effectively using the damping effect of the polymer 82. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
