PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of easily positioning an LED in a remote controller, holding the LED, and making the design of the remote controller reflected, and for reducing an operation load. SOLUTION: A bush 4 is arranged on a board 2, so arranged in a remote controller 1 so that an LED 3 can be held and positioned, and the bush 4 is formed with a recess part 4a, whose cross section is almost semicircular for holding the body part 3a of the LED; a groove part 4b for holding the horizontal section of a substantially L-shaped terminal section 3b of the LED and a leg part 4e for mounting with a restraint safety lug section 4d, to be engaged with a restraint hole 2a formed in the board at the both ends of the top end of the bush; the bush is made to hold the LED, and the restraint safety lug section of the leg section for mounting of the bush is engaged/restrained in the restraint hole 2a of the board; and the trailing section of the top end of the terminal section of the LED is inserted into an insertion hole 2b formed in the board, and the LED is positioned by the bush, and the terminal section of the LED is soldered and fixed at the back side of the board.
