PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a site by switching automatically to other bearer in the case that the site is not displayed due to either a mobile telephone network or a radio LAN network. SOLUTION: An automatic bearer switching apparatus 10 includes a control portion 11 to control an operation of a radio communication apparatus, a mobile telephone network radio portion 13 to connect the radio communication apparatus to an IMT-2000 network 20, and a radio LAN radio portion 14 to connect the radio communication apparatus to the radio LAN network 30. The control portion 11 determines whether the site designated by a user can be displayed.
