PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle movement design device, capable of clarifying the relation between a physical parameter for kinematic performance of a vehicle and an occupant's sensitive evaluation for the kinematic performance. SOLUTION: The vehicle movement design device includes a sensitive psychological model database 2 storing a sensitive psychological model quantitatively expressing the relation between the physical parameter for kinematic performance of the vehicle and a psychological parameter showing the occupant's sensitive evaluation for the kinematic performance; an input part 4, 5 for inputting the parameter value of either the physical parameter or the psychological parameter; a vehicle movement sensitive psychological model arithmetic part 3 for computing the value of the other parameter corresponding to the parameter value inputted to the input part 4, 5 as an evaluation value in reference to the sensitive psychological model database 2; and an output part 5, 4 for outputting the evaluation value computed by the arithmetic part 3.
