PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of reducing manufacturing man-hours and improving strength without increasing ventilation resistance, with respect to an outdoor unit constituted by integrally molding a bell-mouth and a motor base portion. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit has a fan ring formed as a part of a front plate, a motor base to which an air distribution motor driving an outdoor fan is fixed, and which is formed as a part of the front plate, and a motor stay connecting the fan ring and the motor base, formed as a part of the front plate, and disposed at a downstream side of an air distribution fan.
