PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene material having good aptitude for coating that exhibits excellent coating adhesion properties while retaining good properties inherent in polypropylene, such as rigidity or heat resistance. SOLUTION: The molded article to be coated comprising a propylene copolymer or a composition thereof is comprised of 100-30 wt.% of a polar group-containing propylene copolymer (A) that comprises 94.9-99.99 mol% of a propylene unit represented by structural formula (I), 0.01-0.1 mol% of a polar unit represented by structural formula (II), wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-20C hydrocarbon group bearing a polar group, and 0-5 mol% of a non-polar unit represented by structural formula (III), wherein R<SP>2</SP>is hydrogen or a 2-20C hydrocarbon group, and has a weight-average molecular weight Mw of 70,000-1,000,000, 0-50 wt.% of a propylene polymer (B) and 0-20 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (C) other than the propylene polymer, where a mixture of the components (A), (B) and (C) has an MFR of 0.1-300 g/10 min.
