APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PRODUCING COMPLETELY COOKED INSTANT RICE IN STERILIZED CONDITION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device and method of precooked dried rice are provided to completely sterilize endogeny microorganisms within contents of an opening container and to prevent bacteria in the air to contact to the contents by secluding the inflow of the air. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of precooked dried rice comprises a steaming module(100), a cooking module(200), and a sealing module(300). The steaming module is filled by steam of high pressure and high temperature which is controlled. The steaming module sterilizes content within an opening container while firstly cooking. The cooking module is filled by the steam of high pressure and high temperature and additionally sterilizes the contents. The cooking module supplies moisture to content and completely cooks. The steaming module and the cooking module respectively comprises a high pressurized steam controlling unit. The sealing module supplies clean nitrogen gas to the content which is completely cooked. The sealing module seals the upper side of the opening container by using a lead film sheet.
