<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein advertisements are often, concurrently distributed in the same area in order to increase the appeal effect of the advertisements, and, when a conventional content distributing method is used, the case where traffic concentrates to a server to delay the communication and advertisement cannot be distributed as scheduled occurs frequently. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement server device transmits power supply control information for specifying the start time of an advertisement display device to the advertisement display device, the advertisement display device is connected to an uninterruptible power supply and has at least a control section and a storage section. The control section receives the transmitted power supply control information, stores the power supply control information in the storage section, and transmits the power supply control information to the uninterruptible power supply. The uninterruptible power supply stores the power supply control information transmitted by a start time control means, and starts the advertisement display device according to the power supply control information. A control section of the started advertisement display device randomly sets timing of accessing the advertisement server device and downloading the advertisement information from the advertisement server device, and executes the operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
