<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for enabling smooth data reception by a packet communication method. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1A comprises a ring buffer with multiple sections for storing received packets (P), a means (101) for storing the P in the ring buffer, a means (103) for assembling the P stored in the ring buffer for data restoration and a pointer for positioning a receiving area (RA) and a rejection block (RB) in the ring buffer. Since a new P is stored to the last section wherein the RA is allocated, until the new P is stored to the last section wherein the RB is allocated, the RB is relocated in such a way that its top is allocated at a section within a predetermined position after the position of the section storing the last P and also the RA is relocated in such a way that it does not overlap the relocated RB.
