PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by mischief and reduce setting cost in an intrusion notification device. SOLUTION: The intrusion notification device 1 comprises an internal controller 2 and luminaires 3a-3d, provided within a building. The luminaires include human sensors 31a-31d for lighting control and generate control signals according to detection signals by the sensors. The internal controller 2 notifies intrusion of an intruder to a cellular phone 8 or a terminal 9 out of the building according to the control signals. The internal controller 2 includes an operation part having a fingerprint authentication part, and a control part determining whether an operator is a preliminarily registered person to which various operation settings are permitted or not, and invalidates operation by the operator when the operator is determined not to be the preliminarily registered person. Therefore, malfunction such as intrusion notification by mischief can be prevented.
