Provided is a magnet brushless generator which can control an output voltage to be at a fixed value even in a case where the generator is driven by variable rotating numbers ranging from a low-speed rotation number to a high-speed rotation number. The brushless generator is provided with a stator (20) having a plurality of stator magnetic poles whereupon a wire is wound for generating a rotating field; a rotator (30) having a first magnet (32) for magnetic field, and a second magnet (34), which is for magnetic field, is coaxially arranged with the first magnet (32), and faces the magnet (32) to be relatively rotated; and a planet gear mechanism (40) for controlling the relative rotating positions of the first magnet (32) and the second magnet (34).
