A system and a method for synthesizing state events, and a machine readable medium are provided to confirm that the error after the test data is removed reliably by renewing a present test state and operating the data event to be issued. A system(300) for synthesizing state events comprises an interface(302), a data storage part(312), and a processor(304). The interface is operated to access the stream of the test data. The processor communicates with the interface and the data storage part. If the data event is confirmed to the present test state, the data event is issued. If the data event is not confirmed to the present test state, the data storage part buffers a plurality of additional data events. When the data events suggest that the state event should have been issued and the state change should have happened, the state events are synthesized and issued, the present test state is renewed, and the data event is operated to be issued.
