PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of leaving coolant or oil on hot gas cycle side during stopping of operation in a heating mode. SOLUTION: An electronic controller 6 for air conditioning has a reset control which turns off a compressor 1 for a predetermined period by maintaining a cold-hot switching valve 14 in a state of the heating mode after continuing operation in the heating mode with a hot gas by-path for a predetermined period.
