PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger improved in cooling performance by securing temperature difference between refrigerants flowing in front and back cores. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 comprises: the second core 2 disposed at an upstream side with respect to the cooling air flowing direction; the first core 3 disposed at a downstream side to the cooling air flowing direction; and a refrigerant passage 6 for allowing the refrigerant to flow from the first core 3 to the second core 2. The flowing direction of the refrigerating in each core is unified by allowing the refrigerant from the first core 3 to the second core 2 through the refrigerant passage 6, thus the temperature difference in the refrigerant flowing in the front and back cores is secured.
