PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet composite structure wherein each magnet has high positioning precision. SOLUTION: In this magnet composite structure, a plurality of magnets 3 are arranged and fixed on a substrate 2. The substrate 2 has the reference for positioning the magnets 3 to be arranged. For example, the substrate 2 has two planes bent into L-shape in the cross-section thereof as reference planes 2A and 2B, and the magnets 3 are positioned according to these reference planes 2A and 2B and arranged and fixed.
