PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine (a pachinko game machine) capable of more securely preventing fraudulence. SOLUTION: The pachinko machine has an accessway 21 inside a front frame 2 and a lower ball tray side opening part 52 at the end on the downstream side of an overflowing ball passage 51 in a lower right-side rear mechanism board 40. The accessway 21 is opened on the front surface side to be connected to a lower ball tray 7 and opened on the rear surface side to be connected to the overflowing ball passage 51. The lower ball tray-side opening part 52 faces a rear face-side opening part 26 of the accessway 21 to overlap on each other when the lower right-side rear mechanical board 40 is closed to the front frame 2. A projection 53 is formed to surround the lower ball tray-side opening 52 on the lower right-side rear mechanical board 40, and a recess 27 to be engaged with the projection 53 when the lower right-side rear mechanical board 40 is closed to the front frame 2 is formed in such a way as to surround the rear surface-side opening 26 in the front frame 2.
