<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition which is excellent in fluidity, compensates the settling or shrinkage of unhardened mortar or concrete and is excellent in initial strength development and dimensional stability even in a cold season of around 5°C and to provide mortar or concrete and a grout material using the mortar or concrete. <P>SOLUTION: The grout composition (1) contains: a hydraulic material containing a 3Ca-SiO<SB>2</SB>solid solution, 11CaO-7Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-CaF<SB>2</SB>and anhydrous gypsum; a quick hardening material containing calcium aluminosilicate glass and anhydrous gypsum; fine powder of blast furnace granulated slag; silica fume; calcium hydroxide; alkali metal aluminate; a high-performance water reducing agent; and a setting modifier. The grout composition (2) is the grout composition (1), containing a polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water reducing agent and a melamine-based high-performance water reducing agent as the high-performance water reducing agent. The grout composition (3) is the grout composition (1) or the grout composition (2), containing calcium nitrite and/or calcium nitrate.
