<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new powdered or granular food composition preventing cohesion of powder or granules through containing a compound material of plant sterol and yolk lipoprotein. <P>SOLUTION: This powdered or granular food composition contains in a product 0.01-10 wt.% of a compound material which has a component ratio of plant sterol to yolk lipoprotein of 5-232 parts of plant sterol to 1 part of yolk lipoprotein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
