PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device which can maintain a clean state more easily. SOLUTION: In a toilet seat device 3 which includes a local washing device 20 at the device body 21, a toilet seat linkages 30 of a toilet seat 22, which is connected with the device body 21 so that it can turn freely, are arranged on the side of side faces 24a of the device body 21.
