PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyacetal copolymer having excellent productivity, improved crystallization rate and excellent balance of rigidity, strength and heat stability. SOLUTION: The polyacetal copolymer comprises repeating units represented by general formulas (I) -OCH<SB>2</SB>- and (II) -CR<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>-CR<SP>3</SP>R<SP>4</SP>- (R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>4</SP>are each at least one kind selected from hydrogen, a halogen group, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and an aromatic hydrocarbon group and do not contain a formal group).
