<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a push button capable of depression operation certainly, even if sand or the like enters between an operating part and an equipment case. <P>SOLUTION: The operating part 22 of the push button 20 which is installed in free sliding at the equipment case 26 has a recessed portion 22b on the inner face 22a. When the push button 20 is depressed, the inner face 22a approaches the end face 26d of a push-button installation part 26a. When the operating part 22 is pushed in, a prescribed space by the recessed portion 22b is formed between the end face 26d of the push-button installation part 26a and the inner face 22a of the operating part 22. If sand or the like enters between the inner face 22a and the end face 26d, the object entered is contained in the space made by the recessed portion 22d.
