PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein: processes, from setting of a training course, selection of questions to setting of rating standard, and preparation of points of answer, are carried out through consistent/hierarchical construction of elements; answers of a large number of trainees can be uniquely determined for each point of answer and correction comments can be selected; and a trainee can efficiently operate screen display for downloading questions and uploading answers or the like in a GUI environment. SOLUTION: A training system comprises a manager server and a trainee terminal. The manager server has a means to create a correction comment and a server controlling means. The manager server and the trainee terminal respectively have a means to transmit and receive a question, an answer, a model answer, and a correction comment. The server controlling means of the manager server has a means which controls the server so that reception of the answer to a question is accepted only after the question is transmitted to the trainee terminal and the model answer to the question is transmitted only after the reception of the answer is accepted.
