FAN ATMOSPHERIC AIR DATA SYSTEM WITH DUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide atmospheric air data system and method for fan aircraft with duct. SOLUTION: The atmospheric air data system contains a plurality of air pressure sensors located around lip of air conduit on fan aircraft with duct. This atmospheric air data system computes velocity and direction of airflow around the fan aircraft with duct based on pressure data measured throughout the lip of air conduit.
