<p>This invention relates to an investment and loan method and system. In accordance with this invention there is provided a loan method comprising the steps of: granting a loan to a client; calculating an installment amount of at least a first installment payable by the client towards the repayment of the loan, such that the installment amount is lower than that of at least a first traditional installment that would have been payable by the client had the traditional installment been calculated using a nominal interest rate; and increasing the installment amount at a rate derived from a market indicator.</p> |
