<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having improved scratch resistance while having sufficient antireflective performance, and a process of inexpensively producing the film, and a polarizing plate and a display device equipped with the above antireflection film. <P>SOLUTION: An optical film is disclosed that comprises a coating composition of at least a two-layered structure including a cured product of thermosetting and/or active energy ray-curing compositions on a transparent support, wherein each layer contains thermosetting and/or active energy ray-curing polyfunctional compounds, a photopolymerization and/or thermo-polymerization initiator, and metal oxide particles.
