<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that is useful to evaluate performance of liaison activity of a liaison clerk in the form of reflecting results obtained by having a customer make qualitative performance evaluation of the liaison clerk. <P>SOLUTION: A liaison clerk performance evaluation system is provided with a database (5) for a liaison support system for storing quantitative performance information as liaison activity results of the liaison clerk, and liaison support hardware (2) for converting qualitative performance evaluation of the liaison activity of the liaison clerk made by the customer and the quantitative performance information into numerical values, adds the numerical values and calculates the evaluation value of the liaison clerk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
