<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid which is excellent in sealing properties, re-sealing properties and hygienic properties, and gives a simple unsealing operation and is excellent in unsealing properties, and is also excellent in erroneous unsealing preventive properties before unsealing, and to provide a sealing container with the lid. <P>SOLUTION: An upper lid 3 has an upper lid side engaging part 18 for a spout opening and a female thread part 17 for closure, and a spout cylinder part 5 of a lid body 2 is provided with a male thread part 7 thread-engaged with the upper lid, a main body side engaging part 8 engaged with the upper lid side engaging part 18, and a score 9 between the male thread part 7 and the main body side engaging part 8.
