PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a dielectric element having a dielectric of high adhesiveness. SOLUTION: A metal is heated and molten in a furnace. Subsequently, the molten metal is refined to remove impurities. Then, crystal particles are mixed into the refined metal, and the metal is injected to fabricate an ingot. The ingot is rolled out to form a metal foil. In this case, the crystal particles are allowed to expose on the surface of the metal foil. A dielectric is provided on the surface, and then, the dielectric is converted into a crystal having the same crystal structure as that of the crystal particles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
