A total management system for opening radioactive isotope and a method using same is provided to simplify the administrative procedure due to the document and improve the clearness of the managing the opening radioactive isotope by using the internet. A total management system for opening radioactive isotope includes a server system(100), a plurality of terminals for radiation worker(10), and a manager terminal(20). The server system(100) saves the information of the radioactive isotope and manages the purchase and the use and each radioactive managing area. The plural terminals for radiation worker(10) is connected through the network to the server system(100), and inquires the information of the server system(100) according to the request of the radiation worker, and inputs the information to the server system(100). The manager terminal(20) is connected through the network to the server system(100), and inquires the information of the server system(100) according to the request of the radiation worker, and inputs the information to the server system(100), and manages the server system(100). The server system(100) includes a purchase approving module(150), a radioactive isotope data base(121), a data base managing module(120), a contamination map managing module(130), a report framing module and a system operating module(110).
