<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is inhibited to disclose information to specify an individual by such a constraint as the Personal Information Protection Law when information is collected from an information provider to provide a service from another enterprise, and that a service providing enterprise can not appeal an effective new service by sending direct mail while the service providing enterprise can perform marketing analysis in a certain level based on anonymous information. <P>SOLUTION: A mediation server periodically collects information from an information provider terminal. When a request is made from a user terminal, the mediation server replaces the combination of the respective non-disclosed items of the attributes of an information provider with dummy information for preventing computer-aided name identification, and discloses it to the user terminal. When the permission of disclosure is issued from the information provider to the user, related information for restoring the dummy information is provided, so that the user can perform the computer-aided name identification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
