<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the convenience of taxi users and a vehicle dispatch operator by making it possible to simplify explanations about determined locations for dispatching vehicles, e.g., even for requests from cell phones or the like to dispatch vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch management device 3 is provided with a customer information DB 32, in which customer information for identifying customers and position information for designating locations for dispatching vehicles are stored in association. If there is a request from a customer to dispatch a vehicle, the vehicle dispatch management device 3 searches the customer information DB 32 for the corresponding position information according to the customer information input from an operation input part 35 and creates vehicle dispatch information including the position information.
